Protocolo de salud laboral para Frontier Agencia Marítima del Caribe SAS

Abstract

Frontier Agencia Maritima del Caribe S.A.S. es una empresa dedicada al servicio de agenciamiento marítimo de carga internacional, fundada por empresarios colombianos, en el año de 1997, representa líneas marítimas que lleguen a puertos colombianos. Hoy por hoy la agencia ofrece transportar carga a través de los representados, ofreciendo frecuencias, tiempos de tránsito y tarifas competitivas. Cuenta con un equipo humano profesional y soportado por una alta tecnología en comunicaciones y sistematización, con calidad en documentos y servicio al cliente desde Colombia. En la actualidad FAC S.A.S. cuenta con una sede principal ubicada en Cartagena con oficinas en Barranquilla, Santa Marta. Uno de sus objetivos estratégicos es ser fuertes en la prevención y promoción de la seguridad y salud de sus trabajadores en cada una de sus sedes para lo cual desde la ciudad de Bogotá centralizo el manejo de su sistema de gestión a cargo de un ingeniero industrial especialista en salud ocupacional y se apoya para la gestión y mantenimiento de estudiantes SENA en etapa practica desde la sede de la ciudad de Cartagena. Sin embargo, aunque se cuenta con talento humano formado y competente, en la medida que se han presentado situaciones correspondientes al tema de salud laboral han tenido muchos vacíos y diversas opiniones del manejo de este. Por lo anterior, con el desarrollo del PROTOCOLO DE SALUD LABORAL, se podrá lograr una adecuada atención y seguimiento a los diferentes eventos que se presenten o se puedan presentar referente a la salud de los trabajadores.
